Ecoworld 30, 31 and 32

Ecoworld Campus 30, located at RMZ Ecoworld Techpark, is designed as a contemporary sustainable urban centre with the theme of work-shop-eat-play under one roof. In line with RMZ’s offering of business parks and office developments, Ecoworld Campus 30 is poised to catalyse a new work culture.

To create an environment that embodies this vision and theme, the master plan leverages its site advantage. More than half of the available commercial space is afforded scenic views to an adjacent lake. Arranged and designed such that the office blocks maximise site usage, the campus intimately frames a generous green space and urban courtyard, where lifestyle amenities such as F&B stores and high street retail have been integrated. The difference in terrain and height allows for exciting spatial variation, such as a stepped amphitheatre, to be included as one of the project’s landmarks. Overlooking the lake, it provides ample room for and opportunities to cultivate recreational activities and active lifestyles among end-users.
