A Catalytic Development
Junction City is an integrated development located in the central business district opposite the famous Scotts Market, on the important trajectory of Shwedagon Pagoda Road and a gateway to the central business district. It will be a catalytic development that infuses contemporary built forms and functions into the city centre, with commercial developments and facilities including retail, a hotel, a convention centre and residential towers.

Strategically located, optimal pedestrian and vehicular flows, and enhanced view corridors were designed with consideration to the site’s physical relationship to the neighbouring landmarks such as Bogyoke Market, Holy Trinity Anglican Church and the sprawling Yangon General Hospital.
Junction City offers great potential as a first-of-a-kind integrated development that reflects Myanmar’s aspiration to be one of the most liveable and charming cities in Southeast Asia.
