Trendy Riverside Living
Riviera Point is a mixed-use development located in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City. With the west edge of the site sitting next to Rach Cai Cam River, the design maximises the site potential while creating a trendy and vibrant riverside-living experience.
Details
The rooftops of the shophouses are designed as a continuous boardwalk along the river. This boardwalk connects all the riverfront residential blocks and provides a place for outdoor activities.
Unobstructed views from the apartments to the surroundings, adds a new dimension to the riverside living experience.
The mixed development comprises 12 high-rise residential blocks, ranging from 35 to 37 storeys with a row of two-storey commercial podium at the riverfront. This commercial podium provides F&B, retail, education and lifestyle programmes. All residential blocks adopt a typical format of four units per core with a total of 1,560 residential units.
