RMZ Infinity
A contemporary IT campus
Strategically located at Bengaluru, India’s premier IT city, RMZ Infinity is an IT business park designed to meet the specific needs of a highly specialised information technology campus. The site accommodates five six-storey rectangular blocks with large floor plates.
Details
Externally, the buildings are clad in green-tinted glass, metallic grey composite panels and metal louvres that serve as sunshades, to give a contemporary, forward-looking image that expresses the aspirations of the IT industry. In contrast, the interior lobbies feature five different travertine finishes in each of the five buildings to differentiate and emphasise their individuality.

The landscaped courtyard in the middle of the development is ringed by restaurants and a foodcourt with terraces for alfresco dining.
The predominantly glass façade allows natural light into the interior spaces.
Linked by a perimeter road providing direct service access to all the buildings, the blocks are pushed to the periphery of the site, creating space for a central elevated driveway adjacent to a central concourse area. The concourse is defined on one side by a double-height space-framed canopy that overlooks an elliptical landscaped courtyard in the middle; and at one level below, ringed by restaurants, is a food court with terraces for alfresco dining.
