The Skyview
Elevating the Modern Office Workplace
Located in Hitec City of Hyderabad, The Skyview is a Grade A office building designed to cater to the growing business needs of IT and ITES users. The development, sitting on a 10.36 acres land, consists of offices, co-working spaces, food & beverages services and various amenities catering to the business community.
Articulated by the vertical perforated aluminium panels as a screening element, it allows refreshing natural lighting in. Simultaneously, the screen elements ensure reduced heat, glare and HVAC operational costs.

Overlooking the HITEC City Road, the visually dramatic façade design lends The Skyview an iconic look never seen before in the district. Functionally designed, the East-West orientation of the development combines with its double skin façade system for the optimal climatic response.

The podium spatial programming of The Skyview is inspired by the five elements of nature, Pancha Bootha (earth, water, fire, air and space). Slated for completion in 2020, it will feature landscaped courts, sculpture gardens and water features. These spaces are integrated to provide a pedestrian-friendly environment that is supported with multipurpose courtyards, green boulevards and al fresco dining spaces; effectively, creating an environment of wellness that promotes communal activities and conversation.
The office spaces, elevated from the active podium on the floors above, are formally designated work environments. The textured quality of these workspaces is in contrast with the more playful appearance of the podium space. The central core opens up the building envelope by maximising the daylight and framing panoramic views.
