Verticas Residensi
Vertical Living
Occupying 1.1 hectares of prime land within the serene enclave of Bukit Ceylon at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Verticas Residensi is an upscale development that comprises three 43-storey towers and a five-storey poolside block, offering a total of 308 residential units and 115 serviced apartments.

The exclusivity is epitomised by a grand driveway with a series of water features that culminate at a four-storey entrance lobby set deep within the site. Vertical greenery is introduced on the façade of the four-storey car-park podium, softening the building’s frontage at street level. The podium roof houses an Olympic-sized pool, while associated common facilities are housed within feature boxes that seemingly hover beneath Towers A and B.
On the 27th floor is a bridge connecting two of the towers with sky terraces that look out to the Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur Tower.
Units are arranged on a north-south orientation and coupled with full-height windows to allow deeper penetration of natural light. The deliberate separation between units encourages natural cross-ventilation while affording residents a greater sense of privacy.
In collaboration with Guida Moseley Brown Architects.
